3. Digital Products and Purchases

Payment and Delivery

• All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
• Upon successful payment, digital products are delivered to the email address provided during checkout.
• Delivery is typically instant but may take up to 24 hours in some cases.

Refund Policy — Digital Products

All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Our products are digital downloads delivered instantly via email
• You are requesting immediate access to the digital content
• You expressly consent to waive your 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 once the digital content has been delivered
• Once delivered, the product cannot be "returned" due to its digital nature

Exceptions: We may, at our sole discretion, consider providing a replacement or store credit if:

• You did not receive the product within 24 hours of purchase (please check your spam folder first)
• The files delivered are corrupted or unreadable

All content on Route2Railway, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, guides, and digital products, is the property of Route2Railway and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.
